Pond-dipping

P1-3 had a “Minibeast Day” today with Sarah Walker from RSPB. They played minibeast/pond creature games, learned more about life-cycles and metamorphosis, used the school pond for a pond-dipping session and then had a drama activity where they worked together in their Homebase groups to create a secret minibeast. Judging from all the squeals, chatter, shouts and laughter, the pupils had a fantastic learning experience 😃
